By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. ## 1. The Service Tip Toeing in My Jordans turns the photos you provide into AI-generated videos of the tip toe barn meme, using our own AI-made reference clip. Generation runs on third-party AI models and usually takes a few minutes. We may change, add or remove features at any time. Tip Toeing in My Jordans is an independent fan tool. It isn't affiliated with Riff Raff, Cannon Films, the makers of the original AI clip, or Nike and Jordan Brand, and none of them endorse it. ## 2. Your account - You need an account to use the Service. Sign in with Google or with an email address and password; email accounts must verify their address. - You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. - Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. - One person, one account. Creating accounts to collect extra free credits is not allowed. ## 3. Video packs and payment - You buy videos in one-time packs (1, 3 or 8 videos). Your balance is shown in credits: one video costs 100. There is no subscription and nothing renews. - Unused videos in a pack never expire. - The still preview is free and doesn't use a pack. - Prices are in US dollars. Payments by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed by Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record and handles sales tax; PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. - Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money, except as described in our [Refund Policy](https://tiptoeinginmyjordans.me/refund). ## 4. Acceptable use You must follow our [Acceptable Use Policy](https://tiptoeinginmyjordans.me/acceptable-use). In short: only upload photos you have the right to use, of people who agreed to it, and don't create anything illegal, sexual, hateful, deceptive or harmful. ## 5. Your content - You keep the rights you have in the photos and text you upload ("Inputs") and in the videos the Service creates for you ("Outputs"). - You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit your Inputs and Outputs, and to share them with our AI providers, only to run the Service for you. - You are responsible for your Inputs and for how you use your Outputs. You confirm you have every right and consent needed for the Inputs. - Videos are private unless you turn on a share link. Anyone with an active share link can watch that video. - Uploaded photos are deleted 7 days after upload. Your videos are kept until you delete them or your account. - Every video includes an excerpt of Riff Raff's "Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz", the song the meme uses. The music belongs to its rights holders; it's included for personal, non-commercial sharing of the meme, and you may not use it on its own or in advertising. ## 6. AI output AI-generated videos can be inaccurate, unexpected or different from what you intended, and similar requests can produce similar results for other users. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically. We don't guarantee that any particular output will meet your expectations. ## 7. Suspension and termination We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, put others at risk, or are used for fraud. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.me. ## 8. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. ## 9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. ## 10. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms. ## 11.
