# Refund Policy

## Failed generations

If a video fails to generate or times out, every credit it cost is returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask.

## Video packs

Video packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you haven't made any videos with them. The free still preview doesn't count as using a pack.

## Asking for a refund

Email support@tiptoeinginmyjordans.me from the address on your account with the date of the purchase. If the Service didn't work as described, tell us what happened; we review every request and may refund outside the rules above.

## How refunds are paid

- Purchases made by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay are refunded by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record, to the original payment method.
- PayPal purchases are refunded to your PayPal account.
- Refunds usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

## Credits after a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the credits it granted that you haven't used yet are removed from your balance. Credits you already used are not charged back.
