# Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our [Terms of Service](https://tiptoeinginmyjordans.me/terms). It applies to everything you upload to Tip Toeing in My Jordans and everything you create with it.

## Only use photos you have the right to use

Upload photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed to be turned into a video. You must also own the photo or have permission to use it. Before every video you confirm both, and that everyone in the photos is an adult.

- **Adults only.** Never upload a photo of anyone under 18.
- **No public figures without their consent.** Don't upload photos of celebrities, politicians or other real people who haven't agreed to it, and don't present a video as something a real person actually did.

## You may not create content that

- shows or sexualizes anyone under 18, in any way;
- is sexually explicit or contains nudity;
- uses a real person's likeness without their consent, including public figures shown saying or doing things they didn't;
- impersonates someone to deceive, defraud or mislead, including fake endorsements and political disinformation;
- harasses, bullies, threatens or humiliates anyone;
- promotes hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits;
- promotes self-harm, terrorism or violent extremism;
- infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including song lyrics you don't have the right to use;
- is otherwise illegal where you or the people shown live.

## You may not misuse the Service

- Don't try to get around our filters, limits or safety checks.
- Don't create several accounts to collect free credits.
- Don't scrape, overload or attack the Service, or resell access to it.

## What happens if you break this policy

We may block a generation, remove content, disable share links, withhold credits gained through abuse, and suspend or close your account. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
